   you  get in offer 
  after  recharge  yours offer  you get 1gb 2g data   but not get  3g speed  
  i'm slooving yours problem
    10-20 minute use 2data  like browsing and downloading     after  actived small 3g pack to yous phone like 11  ma 30 md  3g data you get  30 mb 3g data

For Computer (PC) / Laptop - 
I will recommend you to use Mozilla Firefox for setting up proxy trick.
1. Open Options.
2. Click on advance tab and then network tab.
3. Click on Manual Connection setting and add the above given proxy and port.
3. Save the setting.
Note- If you get low loading speed then disable javascript. You will definately feel the difference.
